We recognize that our supply chains, particularly in the recruitment of PAs, may present potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Due Diligence Processes

  • Supplier Risk Assessment: We conduct risk assessments of our suppliers to identify those that may be at higher risk of modern slavery.
  • Supplier Audits: We conduct audits of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our ethical standards.
  • Contractual Obligations: We include contractual obligations in our agreements with suppliers, requiring them to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
  • Right to Work Checks: We conduct thorough right to work checks for all PAs and employees.

Training

We provide training to our employees on modern slavery and human trafficking, including:

  • Raising awareness of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Identifying potential signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Reporting procedures for suspected cases of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Effectiveness

We continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of our policies and due diligence processes. This includes:

  • Regular reviews of our supplier risk assessments.
  • Tracking and reporting on any suspected cases of modern slavery and human trafficking.
  • Seeking feedback from employees and suppliers on our policies and procedures.

Commitment

Integrate Independence is committed to continuously improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to work with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that our operations and supply chains are free from these practices.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.
